Using Social Pinpoint, Stacey has made residents aware of ongoing projects and used creative tools to let the public get involved in decision-making. She’s harnessed digital tools to increase the village’s reach and surpass expectations.
Results Beyond Expectation
DeForest’s resourceful approach yielded impressive results. In an alleyway development project, the village received over 350 responses to a survey, a far cry from the anticipated 100. The village’s proactive engagement efforts struck a chord, opening up a broader dialogue with residents. In this project, DeForest’s team harnessed a wide array of content tools and resources including Social Pinpoint Flow Survey. Even seemingly simple tools like the Timeline played a crucial role in fostering transparency and accountability.
