Leanne has led engagement for projects of varying complexity, always ensuring that community voices shape outcomes. She’s witnessed how thoughtful engagement builds trust, fosters transparency, and results in decisions that truly reflect the needs of those impacted.
Community engagement isn’t just about listening,” Leanne explains. “It’s about integrating insights into decision-making, fostering inclusivity, and ensuring that every voice is heard, especially those who might otherwise be marginalised. Leanne offers a wide range of Professional Development opportunities in both traditional and digital community engagement. She provides mentoring, coaching, strategic advice, and training to emerging practitioners—empowering them to think strategically and engage meaningfully with their communities. Leanne is also a licensed Trainer with the Engagement Institute, helping equip individuals and organisations with the knowledge and skills to develop, deliver, and lead effective engagement processes.
