2025 has been a defining year for community engagement.

Expectations have shifted, digital tools have transformed how we connect, and new approaches—both online and in-person—have given residents a stronger voice in shaping decisions.

As the year comes to a close, it’s the perfect time to pause, reflect, and take stock of what worked and what’s ahead.

Join our North American Practice Leads, Martina Wolf Battistone and Sophia Robison, both former city planners with extensive experience running digital and in-person engagement programs, on December 10th as they explore:

  • Standout projects from 2025 across North America and the strategies that made them successful
  • Key lessons learned across the industry
  • How community expectations and engagement methods continued to evolve
  • Predicted North American trends, opportunities, and tools to watch for in 2026

Whether you’re new to digital engagement, a seasoned practitioner, a long-standing Social Pinpoint customer, or using another platform, this session will arm you with a deeper understanding of the North American engagement landscape and actionable insights to engage residents more effectively in the new year.

Can’t attend live? Register anyway and we will follow up with a link to the recording.
