Jacksonville Landing Design Competition

The Downtown Investment Authority and the City’s Parks Department want a minimum 4.5-acre facility at the Downtown riverfront site (former Landing site). After a competitive proposal process, the City selected three national firms to compete for the contract to design a public riverfront park at the former Jacksonville Landing site. We, at Agency Landscape and Planning, are one of those firms!

Our team is honored to be here and hopes to bring something very special to Jacksonville! Agency, as the team lead, brings an energetic and people-focused approach and years of experience designing similar waterfront parks.

Design Teams will submit 50% Designs – that means more than a rough concept! – to the City on Wednesday, June 23rd, 2021 and present the work at a public meeting a few days later. The City will select a winning firm to complete the design.

To keep track of the team at Agency this Social Pinpoint page has been created.
