The Role

We are looking for a results-oriented, data driven approach to Customer and Account management. We want someone to join the team and grow with the company.

The customer success and account management role involves:

  • Onboarding users and running tutorial screen shares and webinars
  • Becoming an expert in our software, how our end users engage with it and why
  • Providing proactive tips for clients on project setup
  • Answering customer queries via our Helpdesk
  • Basic GIS related work using QGIS (We can train you)
  • Reaching out to existing clients to ensure they are using new features and getting benefit from our software
  • Assisting with Online Marketing efforts
  • Authoring technical and help documentation as well as newsletter content
  • Working with our engineers to test and validate new features
  • Taking active steps to improve our support process and customer satisfaction scores
