MySite Group proudly welcomes James Moore as Managing Director of Social Pinpoint and Consultation Manager to lead the firm’s rapid global expansion and operational success. With the appointment effective from the 1st of July 2021, James Moore assumed responsibility from Craig Chudleigh, who has transitioned full-time to Chief Executive Officer of MySite Group.
Joining MySite in early 2020 as Chief Customer Officer, James has successfully developed strong and capable internal teams, created scalable business processes, and implemented growth marketing strategies to advance Social Pinpoint and Consultation Manager. As Managing Director, James will be responsible for driving growth in existing and new markets for both Consultation Manager and Social Pinpoint, highlighting their combined value as the only end-to-end community engagement and stakeholder management software platform. In doing so we continue to deliver government, not-for-profit and private organisations, the ability to proactively manage their stakeholder’s views and opinions through a suite of intuitive tools.
James brings more than 20 years of experience in top tier firms, including KPMG and Marsh McLennan where he held various leadership roles. Most recently, James led the Clients and Markets function for KPMG Australia’s Deals, Tax and Legal Division which included the market-leading Infrastructure, Transactions and Corporate Finance Advisory services. James developed and implemented client centric go-to-market strategies, with a key focus on delivering cross disciplinary services in sector verticals. In his role, he worked with a wide range of top tier organisations in various sectors to develop a deep understanding of their needs and objectives to deliver long-term sustainable value.
Throughout his career, James recognised the increasing importance of effective stakeholder engagement to drive successful outcomes and was fascinated with how technology plays a vital role in helping to understand, engage and build consensus with diverse stakeholders. James’s proven ability to build valuable and collaborative relationships will ensure our clients, industry partners, and people benefit from a knowledgeable and results driven approach to business.

This will be achieved through the evolution of our product suite, delivering richer data driven insights through our reporting and analytics capabilities, and enhancing engagement efficiency through greater connectivity and integration”, he concluded.
